Conducted an evaluation of multiple third-party billing companies and made recommendations to healthcare organizations on which vendor to select. Coordinated the implementation of the selected vendor and provided ongoing oversight to ensure smooth billing operations.

As well as coordinated the relocation of staff members to new locations, including identifying suitable housing, coordinating moving services, and managing the logistics of the move.
