Keith Steichen is an accomplished executive with a wealth of management and sales experience with over 25 years in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) industry. With a track record of success in various leadership roles, which has contributed to his award-winning performances, Keith has demonstrated his ability to develop and implement creative strategic plans which support winning cultures and drive increased sales and efficiency.

As a skilled communicator, Keith has built strong relationships with his team members and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. He has an outstanding record of accomplishment in AR management and collections, as well as payor development, including experience with Commercial Insurance, Worker's Compensation, VA, and Medicare.

​

Keith also has an excellent understanding of billing insurance companies, enabling him to navigate complex payment systems and ensure timely reimbursements. His involvement with startups, small, mid-size, and large businesses has given him a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing organizations of all sizes.

Maddy Bjorklund is an executive level healthcare leader with 20+ years of experience in high impact, transformational opportunities that advance the business of healthcare. 


She is insightful, dynamic, and considered to be a ‘batteries included’ utility player, seasoned in the practices of strategic planning, execution, and deploying new capabilities or critical programs, and certified in both process improvement (LEAN) and change management (PROSCI) methodologies.  Maddy has intimate knowledge of payer and provider environments, offering deep concentrations in population health, value-based care arrangements,  and payer-provider partnerships. 


Prior to establishing her healthcare consulting company - Advance Healthcare  - Maddy was in the trenches as a licensed ER social worker and a hospital float pool health unit coordinator. These humbling experiences catalyzed her need to improve healthcare. Since then, she seamlessly operated within provider and payer companies, managing primary care and specialty care practices, performing endless process improvement projects, serving as chief of staff to three major health plan executives and CEOs, establishing system wide strategies and coordinating their activations. Today, Maddy thrives as a healthcare catalyst and partner to all types of organizations to advance their business of healthcare. 


Maddy holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in social work from St. Cloud State University. Maddy, her husband, her two girls and her English Springer, Josie, enjoy river life in the St. Croix River valley near Hudson, Wisconsin.

Paula works with Businesses, teams and individuals in identifying, connecting, implementing, and managing strategies that provide the highest value to help them learn, grow, and reach their highest potential and engagement. 


Paula has 20+ years of coaching, consulting, talent management, leadership and organization development, strategic planning, and change management experience across many industries including Health Care, Financial Services, Retail, Entrepreneurship, Software, and Manufacturing. Organizations include, University of MN Physicians Group, MN Health Fairview, Wells Fargo, Best Buy, Lawson Software, Innovative Power, 3M, and American Express Financial Services/IDS. 


In these various capacities, Paula was responsible for directing and achieving change initiatives and leadership development strategies through developing and leveraging key partnerships across the organizations.   

 

Paula holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota and is credentialed with several certifications in the OD and Leadership Development arena. Paula’s talent themes are Individualization, Connectedness, Relator, Strategic and Includer.  Paula and her husband, John, are very busy people currently raising 4 beautiful boys in the St. Paul area.  They enjoy many sports, traveling, and learning about new cultures.
